Insurance information is required before surgery. The surgery center will make every effort to obtain this information in advance.

You are responsible for applicable co-payments, coinsurance, and or deductible payments. We will discuss payment of these items and other insurance issues during your pre-admission meeting.

Your surgeon’s fee, the anesthesia fees, and charges for any related laboratory work are separate from the facility charge.
